SNACK BAR

Four volunteers are needed to work in the snack bar during our team’s assigned games. Please report to the snack bar 15 minutes before the start of the

game you are scheduled to work. This must be done in order to relieve the shift of workers ahead of you. If you have a child playing a game before the time

you are scheduled to work, PLEASE REPORT ASAP after your child has finished the game. Parents that are working in the snack bar want to get out and

see their children playing as well. All workers will receive a complimentary beverage when they work the snack bar.

GATE

One volunteer (preferably male) is needed to work the gate, collecting money as people enter.  Gate duty is at the same time our team is working in

the Snack Bar.

CHAINS

Three volunteers are needed to work the chainsduring our team’s HOME games. Chain workers can be teenagers if we cannot recruit enough adults.

FIELD CLEAN UP

Our team will be responsible to help clean up Bill Allen Field twice during the season.  Clean up includes picking up trash around the field and

bleachers; and emptying trash cans.  Volunteers of all ages are encouraged to come out and help.

AFTER GAME SNACK

We need a volunteer for each game to bring the snack for the boys to enjoy after the game. After-game snack can be as easy as Capri Sun and

a bag of chips, just be sure to have enough for all 24 players. We will be looking for volunteers before each game so if there is a specific week you

would like to bring snack, please speak with the team Mom at practice.

We still need a volunteer for each yellow time slot. Please sign up for at least one slot.
